EnquireWhat these products do
Non-shrink grout
Cement grout that does not shrink, so it stays in full contact between a base plate and the foundation. Used for machine bases, column bases and anchor bolts.
Micro concrete
A fine, flowable repair mix for sections where normal concrete cannot be placed.
Epoxy bonding agent
Bonds new concrete or mortar to old concrete in repair work.
Floor hardener
Applied on a concrete floor to make the surface harder and more wear resistant. Metallic and non-metallic types are available.
Poly sulphide sealant
A flexible joint sealant. Pour grade is used on horizontal joints and gun grade on vertical or sloping joints.
Good practice
- Clean bolt holes and the underside of base plates. Remove oil, dust and loose material.
- Place grout continuously from one side to avoid air pockets, and within the time on the datasheet.
- Cure the grout and protect it from sun and wind.
Non-shrink cementitious grouts are commonly tested to ASTM C1107.
